That means all of it: the classes, the daily voice messages, the weekly calls, the videos, and the tasks. Everything in the course is there for a reason, and nothing is optional or just extra.
To be straightforward with you: you need to be one hundred percent committed. This is the only way for us to make sure that you will get results.
